Perhaps you should learn how to search for information available on the Internet by yourself. If you don't want to spend (too much?) time browsing and reading official Oracle documentation available at Oracle Technology Network, Wikipedia might give you the general idea about products you are interested in (Forms, Reports).

Dear Mihir,

Your question about asking the difference between Forms and Reports really starnge. Because if you read the first page of the respective books you will come to know the difference.

Anyway Forms are used create the entry forms and the data goes to database.

Reports are used to present the data is the desired format.

Anyway if you have any other confusion then please let me know or better search the info in google.
