What is the size of your filesystem? Two megabytes?
Sheesh, if you are running out of space from the few files that are put into the dump directories then you are in for a much bigger problem. I am sure there are other directories on this filesystem unrelated to Oracle that are also growing, and if not, then this was a poor choice for a filesystem to use.
