I have not found any problem, agent is running, but in EM, status of Agent Connection of Instance is unavailable. I am new with RAC.

Check the logs under AGENT_HOME/<nodename>/sysman/log

What version of oracle are you running?
Show us the output of the commands:

>emctl status agent
>emctl status dbconsole
