Hello,
I use Oracle 9i Entreprise Edition on Win XP

I want to use Entreprise manager to create a job and hava a NOTIFICATION into my email once the backup of my database is well done.
What are the steps to follow to do this ?

in the box dialog titled "Create Job", I have nothing as "Available Targets" ? why ?

In other words, are you 100% certain that you have a supported & operational combination of OS & Oracle.

I know for a fact that Oracle 9i is no longer supported.
