here i delete my one script(cscript.sql) files in linux.
i want to recover this files how i can do this?

A script is an OS file not an Oracle one.

my script in $ORACLE_HOME/dbs/SCRIPTs/tscript.sql which i deleted.


can i recover it or not. if yes then how?

As I said this is not an Oracle question.
Can you recover a file (any file) you deleted on your OS?
In another word, did you installed a thrash can or recycle bin on your server?
If not, you can't unless you have an OS backup.
