SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE
STARTUP MOUNT;
ALTER SYSTEM ENABLE RESTRICTED SESSION;
ALTER SYSTEM SET JOB_QUEUE_PROCESSES=0;
ALTER SYSTEM SET aq_tm_processes=0;
ALTER DATABASE OPEN;
update sys.props$ set VALUE$='AL16UTF16' where name='NLS_CHARACTERSET';
commit;
update sys.props$ set VALUE$='AL32UTF8' where name='NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET';
commit;
SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE
STARTUP

I do not have any backup files=( (I'm idiot)

after restart db says following error:

Database mounted
ORA-00911: invalid character

if i do
STARTUP MOUNT
ALTER DATABASE OPEN

following:
ALTER DATABASE OPEN
*
ORA-00911: invalid character

if i do:
SELET * FROM v$log
following:
SELECT * FROM v$log
*
ORA-00911: invalid charater.

listener doesn't work too.

You have lost your database.
Too bad to update dictionary.
Restore from a backup.
