When creating schedule backup in OEM (Web) of a Oracle 10g (10.2.0.3) RAC server, or save DB credential in preference function, we received the following error.

ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.MGMT_CREDENTIAL", line 174 ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.MGMT_CREDENTIAL", line 334 ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.MGMT_CREDENTIAL", line 1007 ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.MGMT_CREDENTIAL", line 1124 ORA-06512: at line 1

I have searched many forum and find that someone do encounter the same problem. But I cannot find any solution in the forum. Can anyone help ??
