Have you even tried searching for the error on google? (or even HERE for that matter). Please do so, there are many answers on this out there.

SQL> shutdown abort
ORACLE instance shut down.
SQL> --FIRST DELETE "control01.ctl" and create new one from "control02.ctl"
SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

Variable Size 145488364 bytes
Database Buffers 25165824 bytes
