by clicking, I want to enlarge an item like it's shape within an area .. details in attachment ..please help..

We don't need both of you asking the same question at the same time. So I'm going to ignore the other thread and in future I suggest you two communicate with each other about who is going to ask questions on forums.

Now - I don't understand from the image what you are trying to achieve. Can you explain what you want with words?

ok.. the thing is .. I will click the little 1, which will turn to that big green 1.. it don't has to be green always .. just saying ...

Well you can adjust an items size by altering it's height and width with set_item_property.

ok .. thing is bit different .. let me show you the picture .. I will click the red text item.. it will turn into a shape 1 .. how can i manage other text position and give them the same red color in the shape of 1

Still not sure what you want.
But:
set_item_property help page in form builder help will give you all the properties you can change.
set_item_instance_property help page will give all the properties you can change for an instance of an item (only effects the current row in a multi-row block). You can change colours with this but not size or position.

If you want to move other items so that they're out of the way of your enlarged item then you are going to have to adjust them manually with set-item-property.

Forms isn't really designed for what you are trying to do.
It's probably doable but it's going to take a lot of playing around with properties.
